What’s the minimum order amount?

Our minimum order quantities varies depending on the type of order being placed.  For our typical Full Package Orders, our minimum is at least 2-300 units per style with a turnaround being 6-8 weeks of production.  This allows time for fabric development, patterns, marker & grading, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and packing.  For Cutting, Sewing, Finishing only orders we can mass produce around 1000 units/week on blank's such as T Shirts, Hoodies, and sweatpants.   
For any additional services needed it will be based on item being produced to determine minimum and lowest price possible.

What are your terms?

We offer terms based on customer relationship.  For all customers, we ask for a 50 percent deposit to start the order with the balance due once we ship the order and receipt of order is confirmed.
Once a relationship has been built we will offer balance due terms based on each order placed that can include net 7, net 14, and net 30 from delivery.   The advantage we have with requesting deposits is to cover cost of services needed to insure faster lead and turnaround times for production.  It provides us with necessary capital to purchase blank's for the order if needed and shows that we are in agreement to proceed with an order.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns on damages and offer to repair or replace damages if possible.  If we cannot repair or replace the damages you will not be charged for that item.  There is typically a 2-3 percent damage acceptance for bulk orders, however we are willing to negotiate damage acceptance and figure out a way to get your fulfilled and completed.
